Most agencies ask for a meeting before they will tell you a price. We publish ours. Masterful was started in Agadir for the café, the clinic, the workshop and the online shop: businesses that need professional marketing and do not have time to negotiate it.
Everything in the shop is made by a small team of designers, writers, animators and voice artists who work in Darija, French and English. The order you send us is the brief; we take it from there.
Questions people ask first
- Why fixed prices?
- Because a small business owner needs to know what something costs before deciding. Our prices cover the scope listed on each service; anything beyond it is an add-on you choose, not a surprise on the invoice.
- What happens after I send the order?
- You get a reply within one working day with a short list of questions, a payment link or bank details for the deposit, and the date you will receive the first draft.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer or Moroccan card payment. Half to start, half when you approve the final files. Monthly services are paid at the start of each month.
- Do you work outside Agadir?
- Yes. Websites, design, social and voice-overs are done remotely for the whole country. Filming and photography are priced for Agadir, Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech, with a travel add-on elsewhere.
- Can I change something after delivery?
- Two rounds of changes are included in every service. After that, small changes are billed by the hour and we tell you the cost first.
- Who owns the files?
- You do. Source files, fonts licences and domain names are handed over in your name.
